Carmel Coaches Excursions 2018

Each year we put together a package of day trips and holidays that we offer to customers in our local areas. A wide variety of trips are arranged, from Spring/Summer mystery tours to Christmas shopping trips.

To book, choose the excursion you’d like to go on, phone our booking office on 01409 221237, and we will reserve your seats. When payment is received (either by debit/credit card over the phone or by forwarding a cheque) we will then book your seats and issue you with a receipt.

Padstow & Port Isaac


Take a trip to two of North Cornwall’s most beautiful fishing ports. Padstow is a trendy destination for all food lovers situated on the West bank of the Camel Estuary and plays host to such celebrities as Rick Stein. Port Isaac has narrow winding streets lined with white washed cottages, many of which are listed of architectural or historical importance. A fantastic day out discovering new towns and hamlets. Sanders Garden World & Weston-super-Mare


Now a blue diamond garden centre, Sanders World has been voted Centre of the Year twice. A gift shop and a super restaurant for refreshments are also at the venue. Then onto Weston-super-Mare, which originally grew out of a small fishing village over 200 years ago. A lot of the Victorian grandeur can still be seen in the architecture and buildings along the sea front. Now in modern time, the town has taken on a new direction and the architecture and way of life has begun to reflect this. Adult: £16.00

St Ives


St Ives is a jewel of the South West with golden sandy beaches and arts & crafts galore focusing on British artists such as Barbara Hepworth. The origin of St Ives is attributed in legend to the arrival of the Irish Saint La of Cornwall in the 5th century. The parish church bears her name, and St Ives derives from it.
